How long does delivery take?

Most gifts dispatch within 1–3 working days (3–4 for personalised gifts) and reach major Indian cities 2–5 working days later. You can choose a preferred delivery date at checkout.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we deliver to addresses across India. Shipping is free on orders above ₹5,000; a flat fee applies below that.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, on request. Message us on WhatsApp or email with the destination country and we will share a quote.

Can I add a handwritten note?

Yes. Every gift includes a note card written by hand in your words. Add your message in your bag or at checkout.

Can gifts be personalised?

Gifts marked "Personalisable" can carry initials or a short name (up to 12 characters), embossed, engraved or foil-stamped depending on the piece.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every ogifto gift arrives in our signature box. You can add hand-tied signature gift wrap with a wax seal at checkout for a small fee.

Can I send a gift as a surprise?

Yes. Add delivery notes at checkout, such as "surprise gift — please call the sender, not the recipient", and we will plan the delivery around it.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay on delivery or by bank transfer/UPI. Corporate orders can be invoiced against a purchase order.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Yes. From 25 gifts we offer corporate pricing, brand personalisation, GST invoices and delivery to multiple addresses, with a proposal within 48 hours.

Can I return a gift?

Because gifts are composed and often personalised to order, and many contain food, we cannot accept returns. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.

How do I track my order?

Your confirmation email contains a link to your order page, which shows its status and the courier tracking number once dispatched.
